Ground Up Construction

Our construction services include ground up construction and scrape and rebuilds. We pride ourselves on taking on challenging layouts and builds and meeting tough scheduling commitments. Our ongoing challenge to our teams on every project we do is to improve efficiencies so that we can deliver an outstanding project on time and on budget to our customers.

McDonald’s Scrape and Rebuild & Ground-Up Construction
WCCS has completed many scrape and rebuilds, and ground up construction restaurants for McDonalds. Project timelines at each restaurant was expected to be 12-17 weeks. WCCS has completed all projects either on time or before target expectations.

7- Eleven Ground Up with Gas
WCCS has constructed 14 sites since 2016, these sites include offsite improvements, some cases attached carwashes, and fueling. Project time lines ranged from 16-22 weeks. WCCS has completed all projects on time and exceeded our client’s expectations.

Dunkin Donuts Construction
WCCS has recently completed a 6000 square foot pad building with three-tenant suites. Dunkin Donuts is the end cap and the anchor to this development. WCCS completed the build out of Dunkin Donuts simultaneously to the project development. Project timeline was 16 weeks, WCCS completed this development on time and on budget.

Tenant Improvements

Using a customer design concept and fitting it to an open footprint is a WCCS specialty. Working with our customers we advise them of challenges and options within their design layout and then implement changes as advised while maintaining tight opening schedules.

7-Eleven Tenant Improvements
WCCS has completed over 30 tenant improvements for 7-Eleven. Each site has held its own challenges with design vs actual site conditions. WCCS works side by side with the Client and Design Team to make the necessary changes to save cost and keep the clients projected store turn over date.

Chipotle logo Chipotle Mexican Grill Tenant Improvements
WCCS has completed 3 tenant improvements for Chipotle. Each site was constructed within the 10-week time line and turned over to operations in the 12 weeks per client’s expectations.

Remodels

WCCS, Inc. specializes in time sensitive projects working around the clock, while the facility is kept open, safe and most important – Open for Business. Our in-house team of tradesmen allows us to control schedules which enable us to meet the most demanding timelines. Our goal is to minimize these timelines so that our customers can get back to their normal course of business.

McDonald’s SAP Remodel Program
WCCS has completed over 100 open store remodels in a two-year span as part of the Sap Program initiative. This program is comprised of a complete interior and exterior remodel. Project timelines range from 4-12 weeks depending on scope. WCCS has been recognized by our Client as a fast track builder whom takes great pride in Safety, Quality, and Customer Service.

penske logo Penske Truck Leasing Remodels
WCCS has completed several open store remodels for Penske Truck Leasing. These remodels include rental lobby fit and finish re-works to complete over hauls. WCCS has also completed administrative office and mechanic bay remodels. WCCS completed each remodel on budget and on time.

Rollouts / Reimage

Having a full understanding of all aspects of each roll out or reimage program is were it all starts. WCCS has the ability and resources to manage and successfully complete rollouts and reimage programs of all sizes. We have cornered the market by self-performing all trades in house. WCCS understand that time is of the essence and communication is a key factor to the program’s success.

McDonalds logo Out Door Digital Menu Board Program
WCCS has completed over 560 sites for the ODMB installation program. This Program required a tremendous amount of coordination between Client Vendors, Architects, and Owner Operators. The program entailed of installation of new electrical conduit and wiring, data conduit and wiring, sign foundations installations, landscape repairs, and installation and provisioning of Out Door Digital Menu Boards. WCCS was able to meet the timeline and completed the entire SoCal region within this two-year span. Our biggest accomplishment was that each drive thru remained open during this process.

McDonalds logo Led Lot Light Program
WCCS has completed over 200 LED lot light conversions for McDonalds. We were tasked to go out and complete comprehensive site surveys, order retro fit mounting hardware and led lights per vendors photometric, and install new led fixtures without disruption to store operations. WCCS was able to achieve this task as well as complete the installations 6 months ahead of promised program completion date.
